We have had a great summer of learning together. I am excited to offer one final 2-hour skills application session for anyone who has participated on one or more Spinning Sugar Clinics this summer.

Please join me Saturday, September 14th at Freeman Ridge Bike Park in Kingfield Maine from 9-11 AM. During this 2-hour session,

I will be visiting various features throughout the park to support participants to practice and apply skills learned throughout the summer. Please note, there will be no formal skills instruction. This is a chance to be coached on applying previously-learned skills in this unique and inspiring environment.

All participants will need a pass for Freeman Ridge. Day passes or season passes can be purchased onsite.

If you have participated in any Skills Clinics you will not have to resign the waiver!

Please visit Freeman's website for more information on location and conditions. Freeman Ridge will close if the trails are too wet. So, please monitor your emails for updates on the status of the clinic.

Please register using the link below. Please do not share this registration link with anyone who has not attended at least one of the previous 3 clinics offered through Spinning Sugar.

About Annie:

Annie has been a professional mountain bike coach for about seven years and has had the privilege of traveling all over the country to help women fall in love with their bikes. Annie is a PMBIA level I certified coach. In addition to offering private coaching sessions, she is a head coach for Ladies AllRide. While Annie fell in love with mountain biking and learned to be a coach on the west coast, she now calls Carrabassett Valley home.

Since moving here in 2021, Annie has grown to love the inspiring cross country network as well as the challenging, technical riding the valley has to offer. She works full time as a psychologist and specializes in sports-based traumas. She is super excited to share this speciality in helping women get past fear and confidence-blocks on their bikes.
