RINEMBA Big River Fun Ride - RING AROUND THE RIVER!

Who's ready for some later summer XC riding? The Big River Fun Ride is back! Proceeds from this event will be split between fighting cancer with the Tour De Rhody Foundation as well as building new trails in RI such as the Sprague Farm project in Glocester RI. Admission includes a lunch buffet by our friends at Keane’s Wood Fired!

**Hunting season is in effect in RI. You MUST wear a min of 200sq-in (vest or jersey) of blaze orange to participate. If you forget, you will be assigned a dorky vest and will look really bad in photos**

Schedule:

Registration/Check in 9:00AM

Arrows down: 1:00 PM (2PM for long route)

11am - 1pm: Buffet lunch provided by Keane's Wood Fired Catering. Wristband required for buffet.

What to expect:

  • Beginner/Mellow  - 6 Miles of twisty fun singletrack
  • Intermediate - 14 Miles of flowy fast singletrack punctuated with technical features and rock gardens. Fun but still a challenge
  • Advanced -  Ring Around the River!! All the outer trails of Big River. 25 miles of fast flowy fun with some killer tech thrown in! 2 water stops for the long haul. Start early!

Preregistration is strongly encouraged. This event sells out every year. All riders MUST sign the event waiver. Please check in with us at the NEMBA tent and you will be provided with an event wristband. Wristbands need to be worn throughout your ride and for access to the buffet.

**Special thanks to Keane's Wood Fired Catering** for providing a buffet lunch from 11am - 1pm!

Please also remember that alcohol is not permitted on state property.
