David Alden-St.Pierre has created a course specifically for trailside first aid in New England.

This 4-hour program covers common injuries and breaks them down into "annoying," "ride-limiting," or "need help ASAP."

Course fee includes a Stop The Bleed certification and an American Heart Association approved CPR certificate. This course is perfect for mountain bikers, especially ride leaders.

Learn more here: www.safetrailsfirstaid.com

Class instructors:

David Alden St. Pierre: Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant

Michael Lawless: RN, EMT-B, Firefighter

Cost per person is $85.00.  Registration is limited to 20 people and it requires a code.

Interested folks should please reach out to blackstonevalley@nemba.org for more information.
