THE ANNUAL TURKEY AFTERBURNER

Come join Southeast MA NEMBA for the Annual Turkey Afterburner traditionally held on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. We will have self-guided arrowed loops and expert-led rides, music, food, and schwag! Proceeds will benefit Hale Education youth mountain biking and outdoor education programs and SE Mass NEMBA. Close out the season with a bang!

  • Arrowed self-guided courses at several ability levels will be available to ride throughout the day
  • There will be multiple led rides ranging from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced
  • González Food Truck- burritos, wraps, bowls, gourmet tacos, quesadillas
  • Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company - craft beer
  • Local vendors/bike shops on-site with product demos, swap, deals and light repair help, including Specialized Boston, Karbon Bikes, Landry's, Steve the Bike Guy and Papa Wheelie's of Wellesley 


COST:

  • Pre-registration $25/$35 (member/non-member) (open until 12pm on Saturday November 25). Pre-registration includes a koozie and a raffle ticket for the pre-event raffle drawing. 
  • On-site registration $35/$45 (member/non-member) (open from 8:30 am - 1  pm)
  • Children under 18 are free with a registered parent or guardian.

    NEMBA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on recreational trails advocacy with 33 Chapters throughout New England and over 8,000 members. Our goal is to promote the best that mountain biking has to offer, steward the trail systems where we recreate, and ensure access to open space.
