JOIN US! North Shore NEMBA is proud to present our Women's Beginner Skills Clinic!

This Beginner Skills Clinic will cover all the basics all while having a good time! You can expect: 

  • Equipment Check
  • Body Position
  • Braking
  • Shifting
  • Bike/Body separation
  • Negotiating trail obstacles

  • 9:30 AM -10:00 AM Registration 
  • 10:00 AM -10:15 AM Introductions
  • 10:15 AM - 12:15 PM Skills & drills
  • 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch Provided  
  • 1:00 PM - 1:15 PM Debrief
