    Details:

In partnership with Remy’s Cycle of Westerly RI RINEMBA is happy to bring you a Level 1 Foundational Skills Clinic. Are you a newer rider and want to learn the basic skills to have more fun on the trail? Have you been riding for a few years but feel that you could use some skill instruction?

Whether you are a new rider or an experienced rider, the skills in the Foundational Skills Clinic can improve your riding and give you the building blocks to progress further. Newer riders will learn good habits to grow as mountain bikers, while more seasoned riders will be able to break down bad habits and curb them.

PMBIA certified instructors will be teaching body position, braking techniques, and wheel lifts that will have you cornering and riding tech with more flow. This would be a perfect opportunity to ask questions and get live critiquing of your riding. Along with skills, we will also be talking through emergency repair kits and general “rules of the road”.

You must complete the waiver below"
